Hey everyone,
I just found this forum about 2 weeks ago and I have made a few posts. The one thing I forgot to do was introduce myself!
I just quit my job last week, I was a web developer for an e-commerce company, and it's funny how I came across BHW right after I put my 2 week notice in.
A bit of my background:
I have always been active in making money in various ways. The earliest I can remember was when I was in 2nd grade, I was buying and selling candy at lunch. I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad when I was 8 years old. As I got to 4th-6th grade, I started to buy gumball machines and vending machines and put them in hair salons. I had my own eBay store throughout junior high and high school and then I got into some internet marketing. I honestly didn't realize it at the time but I was doing the online surveys and I kept getting people to sign up under me. I think I had around 600 direct referrals on one account. I was making a few hundred a month. Then college hit and I focused on buying and selling things through CL. It actually worked out really well.
After college, I took a few jobs and realized it was a terrible way to live.. the 9-5 BS. Since I've been fully unemployed (a whole week now and I'm loving it), I have been on this forum for about 10+ hours each day as I build my own IM strategies. I am a strong believer in IM and I have been for a long time, I just didn't know it until recently. I do have a journey that I have been working towards which I will probably be posting soon.
There are certain times in a person's life where there is a sudden change in the person. I reached that point as soon as I left my old job because I was completely sick of the way that the majority of people think you HAVE to work for someone... I am an entrepreneur and I always have been. I am going to succeed in IM, no matter how long it takes and I will make the necessary sacrifices to see it through.
The reason that BHW has changed me life is because I finally found like minded people who share a similar desire. I want to thank you all for inspiring me and I would love to chat with any BHW member so we can push each other toward success. Just PM me or post on here and I'll get back to you.
