Graduated chemistry 2 years ago.
Spent 1 year internship in a lab and realized I don't want anything to do with it.
Always worked while I studied, and have always had an interest and enjoyed all sorts of media, photography, taking them and editing them, videography, making little films to holiday compilations, video games...
Managed to open my own small studio this year and finish building it with all my savings from being a student-worker. I currently do all sorts of services that go within my self taught skill range, and hop on whatever is necessary and gives me money, from videography to 3D modeling.
Lately I have been self-teaching myself marketing to be able to take my work to the next level, and found this forum on the topic of online marketing, particularly the use of Instagram. Plenty of interesting things so far, but also confusing, quite hard to be able to pick what you should do from what you shouldn't as there are so many diverging opinions.
It is nice to join you guys, and to be able to swim in this pool of knowledge. Hopefully I will feel more guided soon.
