Hi guys,

I'm a member of this forum for nearly one and a half year now, but actually this is my first post.
I've been lurking here for a while and tried different methods, but nothing really worked for me (I'm just to lazy and impatient, I guess). Right now I'm in the adult/porn niche, following Reinsteckes autoblog method. I made some good cash with it, but actually it's to much hard (I mean boring) work for to less money - this is the reason why I'm introducing myself:

I'm giving up on trying to implement each and every method and want to focus on something serious; I want to build a real business.
I was always addicted to programming but I never thought on making money with it because I had no ideas about what people actually need and buy. This has changed since I'm a member here on bhw.
So my goal is to establish myself as a programmer and build a business around it. I will start with releasing two pieces of software here (reddit image scraper and a bot for adult pinboards) as soon as I can post links (how much posts do I need for this, btw?)

Ok, don't know what else to say yet, but I wanted to start somewhere...

Hey, welcome officially to BHW!

I too am a programmer! It's good that you're going to focus on doing what you actually enjoy. You can make serious money programming, you just have to build up your business like you said. Check out the freelancer section and do a few jobs. Then, start a website and release a few bots. You'll be on your way in no time.
