After many visits I finally signed up to be part of the BHW community! I am very active on instagram since 2003 and currenlty almost reached 32k real followers on instagram. I also used to be a blogger from which got sidetracked by IG! At the moment making a good income from IG collaborations but really i’m here to learn about social media happenings to stay on top of the latest updates on how to grow my account :-)
Hopefully i will be able to help a lot of others too so please fire away any questions!

ps: would love to hear what’s your fave IG growth related thread still relevant in july 2018?

I am not the one to reply to your instagram questions, as it's not my pie.
But I am sure you will find plenty of resources on instagram section.

already browsing this website for 16 hours straight with interval naps hahaha! Tough to know what to trust and who are experts and who not however really glad to be part of this platform and learn / help others! Have an amazing day!

You will figure out pretty soon which are 'just talking' and who has experience.
Usually people without experience 'think' a lot, but they do little or no testing for their 'beliefs'.

Hey, what is your niche? If you are working with the travel niche, maybe we can make some collabs (my account has 41k of followers, more or less)

ive been growing my IG account for over 5 years now and have around 32k followers. The Only method I ever used was and is “instagress”. I only worked with likes option and since 1,5 months follow and unfollow at a low rate. Unfortunately my account is growing so slow! My followers and likes on my post are so low! i have overall engagement of 2.7 but need my engagement to get higher and my number of followers to grow. It has been such a struggle. Sometimes instagram only exposes my post to a low amount of impressions. my post are high quality outfit posts (def in top 5% on angles / filters / style) and the comment ratio is high. I do a lot of paid collaborations with brands as they love my content but it seems like my account is stuck on engagement and growth! don’t really know what’s best to do next! It almost make me want to buy followers but i feel that goes against 5 years of hard work. Anyone want to share their experience? In exchange I can share lot’s of tips on good content creation, photography, fashion and other tips on creating nice content for IG!
