Hey programmers - Can you get user phone numbers on their post comments ?

I want to buy a tool which can get competitors customers comments numbers. I just want to ask is it possible to get this number even when the users do not show it in their profile. I tried to tool and it's really good, but I want to make sure all the numbers are real.Thanks.
