I am guilty of lurking BHW for a good year or so before joining 
just a newbie marketer looking to start new projects and scale my existing ideas
some of what i was able to accomplish during my lurking time has been creating streetwear/fashion page on instagram currently (only reached 1000 folllowers i am embarrassed to admit ) and a soundcloud page with over 200,000 listeners currently( one of my more prideful accomplishments in marketing)
my only decent advice as a newcomer to another newcomer is surround yourself with consistent people!
