hey my first clickbank sale. need some hints

hey bhw friends, i just made my first sale as an affiliate to clickbank the money

shows in the home page but why does it not show in analytics? can anyone give me hints or some tutorials what do all that from analitics means?(why does this sale is not listed in analytics?)

If you're looking for tips on how to promote Clickbank, you've got a more difficult road ahead of you, as Clickbank is pretty strict on all things BH. Plus, your affiliate ID cannot be completely hidden, as it shows up on the purchase page.

I would recommend that, if you're going to make money on Clickbank (it can be done, as I do it, and I make about $500 a week), you should try to stay as white-hat as possible.

How did you make your initial sale?

i am whitehat, i am for a keyword first in google for a product, so i get organic traffic, kind of few i dont know why, since the keyword is searched about 300 times( searced with market samurai) a day im nr 1 with both websites, 1 is the main website where i prmote the product one is the redirect to the sales page, thanks for the awnser and help rep give, any other ideeas that you can give me here or in pm? please? il be very tankfull, im on the start of the road with clickbank i want to earn at least 200$ a week with it if i can achive that,

hop count= number of times your affiliate link has been clicked.

order form impression= how many times someone actually clicked through to the order page

You can hover your mouse over each of these terms in the analytics to get a brief description of what it means.

As for ebooks and tips for promoting products...there are tons in the download section. As OTrap said...keep it white hat.
If you made one sale you are on the right track anyway. Try to figure out what you did right to make that sale and do it again. Try to apply it to other clickbank products.
All the time you are doing this try to expand your knowledge on other internet marketing techniques and how to scale it up.
If you have a question or a specific problem. Ask for help here in the forum. Be specific about what you need help with. DO NOT just say "help me make money"...."help me make sales"

thank you for the hints, i will try to post a new ezine articles on a targetet keyword and see how it goes, i wil let you all know if any improvments has been made, thnak you for your time to respond my thread.

i just want to thank bhw member for theyr info i did only yt promotion for one of my products no articles on ezine yet, it will come, and in 2 days i made my first 2 sales money in the pocket baby, thnak you bhw. at the first 500$ il become a donnor here any other advices on product promovation or good resources about clickbank will come in handy if any will want to share here. once again, thank BHW members

one more thing i will like to ask, how do i contact my product seller to ask him to put a tracking pixel on his thak you page, and what tracking service do you all sugest
