Hey masters of ebay I have a problem

So about a year ago I sold some stuff on ebay and had some fees that I did not pay
The reason i did not pay was because all of the emails went to my OLD email address.

Anyways a year on I want to start doing some selling a my account is banned.
I talk to eBay "they have made their final decision" so I can never sell on that account again.

If I was to make a brand new eBay it would be banned.

Could I use cyberghost or something to do it via vpn?
Would that work

Do not use anything that hides your ip. They will catch it. You will have to get a way to get a new ip.
It will get banned real quick if you use the same computer and ip without knowing what to do.
