Hey Indian Friends,

My name is Tushar and I am from Gujarat and I need a help regarding buying something from paypal.

I want to buy a IM course with the help of paypal but I don't have an account at this time.

If any friend can help me to buy that stuff than I would be very greatful.

Does one of your relatives have a credit card and is also willing to let you use it for opening the Paypal account? You can also open the Paypal account first without attaching ANY card -- just your bank details is sufficient, and then when buying the course you can use the relatives (your father's CC, for example) at the time of payment. This would be easier and ideal for you rather than asking an unknown member to help you provide the money. Because every Indian will need to provide a CC information if he/she needs to buy anything online through Paypal. No other way for them...

Or you can ask one of your NRI (non-resident Indian) relative to buy it for you. he needs to give your shipping address so that you get it while he pays from USA or UK or other such country. You can re-pay him in cash or by bank transfer if he is in India, or pay his relative in India if he is abroad, or pay him when he comes back on vacation. Or he can gift the course to you.

It will not work because my father don't have CC and no relatives either in USA or UK.

I was just planning to put money in someone's bank account who already have a paypal account attached with card so he can buy stuff with his paypal account and than redirect that to my email address.
 
Try using entropay that might help you.

I have SBI bank card which does not work with entropay.

I know its really hard to buy something in dollar if you don have cc if your are from India betn you can buy bitcoin using localbitcoins and if this didn't work for you pm your skype i ll help you to buy.

To be honest I would suggest you to apply for CC as soon as possible if you really want to learn or get into IM.

You can PM me the course if you need I wont be able to purchase right away as I am at my offline job.

I dont think anyone's going to get you a course of $97 I really thought the course would be around $10-$30

You should stop asking for help and get a CC, Simple.

Personally I wouldn't waste your money on it, I don't think you will learn anything new or anything that hasn't been posted on BHW, but maybe people have some real reviews (I couldn't find any)
 
OK, I will help you. But FIRST you need to transfer money (I will charge little extra; total $100 for $97 course) into my bank. If you are ready to do that then PM your non gmail email address.
 
Get a ICICI bank account. I think (not 100% sure) that its debit card is still accepted on Paypal. You will need to open the account there with INR 10,000 minimum and keep it there forever unless you want to pay a hefty fine for going below the minimum avg balance required to maintain that account. ICICI is a pvt bank, unlike nationalized banks like SBI, UBI, etc.

I also think that you can get a CC from any nationalized bank, e.g. Union bank, etc., if you put INR 20,000 as fixed deposit. You will get a Rs. 16,000 as credit limit on that amount (80%). Add the required amount to this account, or deposit back the amount you take out for online purchase and you can use likewise forever.

SRB888 explained correct , go to HDFC bank open a saving account there , now do a FD for at least 30K INR and against for that FD you will be getting a Credit card of 80% value of the FD you have deposited there. Your card will work till that time when you return the card , payout all the balances for that card and then you can redeem your FD .
