Hey, I'm new.

hey everyone! I was referred to this website by someone on Reddit (if you're reading this I'm the actor who contacted you about social media help.)
I've been reading a shit ton over the passed few days and finally decided to make an account. You guys all seem to know what you're doing I wasn't sure if there was a beginners guid I could read as I don't know most of the acronyms you use on here.
Any advice would be awesome and feel free to pm me.
Edit: sorry forgot to add the reason I'm here is because I'm an actor trying to grow my social media account as it contributes to casting directors opinions of me and will help me stand out among the 1000s of other people.

Well, I've been using Instagram for a while but haven't really tried to expand outside of my friends and their friends. The guy on Reddit told me Twitter was really important as well but I already have 530ish followers on ig and only like 15 on Twitter so I'd rather put more effort into Instagram. I see all these panels selling followers and stuff (don't get me wrong I have no problem with that haha) but what I'm really interested in is actual followers who may like some of my posts aswell as follow. Any advice would be awesome, thanks! Sorry for any typos I'm on mobile.

i have never purchased followers or likes, but i dont know how they can be real followers. I mean, take it in this sense. I have my own personal instagram account, how can someone else get me to follow your niche site? The only true way to get my personal account to follow your niche is either A) messaging me, B) posting good content C) following me. I mean there are a few other ways but i think you can see where i am getting at.

Damn that's what I was worried about. Thanks for the reply though. I'm probably gonna try running a niche page soon are there any guides to starting that?
