hey,
could someone advise me a subnet provider please that provides subnets unbanned on zalando (https://zalando.de/)

they are too slow and data burns quickly, its for a monitor so i need datacenter because they have unlimited bandwidth and they are fast
 
Searching in the marketplace is a good start. You may also want to contact the provider's customer support and request proxies for your purpose. This increases the likelihood of you getting the exact proxies you need.
 
Why not get some fresh IP addresses from DigitalOcean droplet and refresh it every now and then?

It should be able to bypass blacklist detection such as IP2Proxy because the lifetime of proxy is too small.
