Hey I want to ask something :)

I've been wondering is there any of you that actually spend money on views, watchtime, subscribers and other things to make your channel looks like a big channel and became successful in cpm or making money on youtube . I know buying views just gonna make a video with a low retention and buying bot subscribers will not be any good towards the engagement as well as wathctime since it mostly came from eternal source which will not give good percentage of CPM for the impression. I've been doing youtube for months and soon my watchtime will get reset for the second time as I didn't get the following threshold(4000 hours) . Just wondering is there any channel out there that already have a good CPM and high engagement but start by buying the threshold needed for monetization. Please answer my question. I'm in dillema as should I buy watchtime just to get monetize and then start over from below? ( I mean the gathering audience and stuff) Thank you! for your time. I'm looking forward for this
