-4 intel(R) core(TM) i5-3317 CPU 1.70GHz
-my download speed is :3.11 Mbps

thats enough to mine bitcoins,and how much do i have to wait to get my first bitcoin?

You won't make anything with that setup. You need lots of expensive technology to make any money whatsoever. Bitcoin mining is no longer a super lucrative way of making money.

so whats can i do to make money?
