Hi everyone
I joined the forum to get some advice. We're having a huge problem with click fraud and its eating away at our business.
over the past 7 days we had 9000 genuine clicks to our google PPC account and google shows us that we also hads 3000 'invalid' clicks. a 3:1 ratio!
I know google cant catch them all so this is really driving our CPC up and i also think it means we wont show 1/3 of the time while google's algorithms process it.
Compared to our google energy account we only had 200 invalid clicks out of 8000 genuine clicks.
1. does anyone know how they do it?
2. can anyone reccomend a way to protect ourselves?
I really hope i get some replies from this from you experts before we have to close the account
