i was just going through all my competitors backlinks and all came up that one competitor-statuswhatsapp.com
just has 3 backlinks according to ahrefs report and it's ranking on 1 on google for many top keywords!


is he using redrict?

They're using 301 redirects from other domains maybe?

Open Site Explorer says it got 21 links in total. They could be using Social Signals as well or maybe using redirection.

This is becoming a very interesting thread indeed. How can you block the bots? I never heard of that. The truth is that I saw two days ago a page that was number one for a keyword I am trying to rank for. The strange thing was that the other competitors have a lot of backlinks or backlinks coming from websites with PR 7, 8 and even 9, whereas that page had only 3 backlinks.

So maybe the same technique, redirecting or hiding, is used. If someone can give a senior opinion, that would be a great knowledge for us all.
