Been lurking for a little while and finally decided to sign up. There's so much good information here!

A little background - I currently work for a real estate company and am building out their website and sales funnels. I'm super excited to learn more and potentially do affiliate/internet marketing on the side. I'm also in school for cybersecurity and data analytics. I'm excited to become an active member of the community and provide whatever value I can.

Welcome! I joined today as well. I was always interested in real estate, but found it too hard a niche to conquer. I wish you the best luck!

It's definitely difficult and is taking a lot of time. Fortunately, I have found someone who does a good job and am following her closely and starting to see some results. My end game goal is to create a real estate referral company. Minimize costs and get a great return without the hassle of dealing with any clients.

One of the best ways to make money in real estate is to sell things to real estate agents. They are always looking for the next new shiny object to play with. Check out Lori Ballen. She does a good job showing how to setup real estate sites. You can easily sell a basic setup for anywhere from $500-$3,000 depending on how much extra setup you give - i.e. blog posts, community pages, etc.
