Welcome back! MC081 usually means eBay flagged your account for verification issues. Try using fresh details, a clean IP, and a new payment method. VPNs and reused info can trigger flags. Hope that helps!

A lot have changed regarding creating ebay accounts. Your best bet is to buy accounts instead of creating them yourself

If prompted for payment information during account creation, use a payment method that hasn't been linked to other eBay accounts

Ive never been prompted for payment method during the last 70-ish account creations.
60-ish all required new numbers, In the UK sims are 50p so thats not issue,

Plenty of times, They reply with "Your account is permanently suspended, do not try to contact us again"
