I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I've been doing internet marketing for about 7 years now, but I'm now just getting back into SEO and I'm really curious about some of the Black Hat techniques.

I've used many of the keyword spamming, link farms methods before, but I'm looking to learn more about automation. For years I've done most tasks by manually...I'm not a programmer, but rather a designer / marketer.

I know the pills / supplement market very well so I'll probably be focusing on them. Any suggestions for getting things moving would be greatly appreciated.
