Long time reader, new member. Making the transition from using data-mining for marketing into full blown automation and found myself reading 100's of post a day on here, so it was definitely time to make an account. Not new to this side of the internet/hat-color, but running a company with clients a decade behind on technology, there's some tools you guys have been using for years I am just now finding a need for. Always open to advice, constructive criticism, and any helpful hints I can get. In my sect of the world, information is currency, so feel free to let me know when you "know better."
