Hey! The couple of subjects I've been focusing on are CPA, mobile apps, and niche websites. Right now I'm working on an app, but have some good ideas for CPA and a couple of websites. I'm definitely up for listening to any advice anyone has to offer lol

Just mainstream for now, I might consider adult websites in the future though!

I'd love to hear more actually! I have looked into it before but it sounded like that it would take a massive amount of time to upkeep traffic.

I focus on niche adult sites. Tube sites are a great money maker. You can setup a re-writer if you don't want to rewrite video titles and descriptions. Picture sites still work too, story sites if you like writing or you can hire someone to write content for you.
You can even rebrand your own website to a cam whitelabel. So let's say you start a tube named KyoMakitube, you can create another site KyoMakicams and even dating white labels.
You can sell ad space, or use adult offers (mix would be great) focus on a niche and check out keywords you can out rank
I suggest you also make a twitter for the site and post content with tags. I have had my site on FB and instagram but it seems they get deleted often. You can also try reddit to gain some quick traffic.

That's really great info! How profitable is it versus the amount of time that you spend on it?

Right now it's great...I have over 3 years of putting my traffic into a offer so the revenue is almost on autopilot. Instead of quick money I went for long term.
If you have the money if you buy some quality backlinks on popular site. The hard part is sticking with it, so many people are quick to delete sites before even a year is over...when it just was about to take off they quit.
