Am I crazy to think there’s still a scenario where Max becomes champion?
Max would need to finish P1 in all 8 remaining races.
Piastri would need to settle for P3 most of the time and suffer at least one DNF.
Norris would also need at least one DNF.
Sounds insane, right? But if it happens… it would be absolutely cinema.
But my calculations are probably crazy. The remaining races have lots of corners (McLaren’s biggest strength) rather than long straights like Monza. Maybe Monza just gave me hope, huh?
