Hey everyone - Long time lurker

Hey everyone, I've been lurking this forum for a few years.
Roughly two and a half years ago i decided i dont want to work 9-5 anymore. It sucks so bad being in a cubicle every day slaving away and having to put up with other people telling you what to do. I wanted freedom.

I would say i have way more freedom today, not through this site or IM, but through online jobs instead and working for myself. However, i want more freedom, i dont want to live paycheck to paycheck. I want a more passive income. I know that doesn't come for free, so i'm ready to work for it.

Since i've lurked here for a while i know of a few methods, so two days ago i started out doing two methods at once. I know it's recommended to focus on one, but one of the methods is not very time consuming which is why i went for two. I started a WP blog and i'm writing articles for it now. The other method is simply trying to get youtuber's to put an affiliate link in their description.

Anyway, i'm hoping to be more active in the community, learn a lot and hopefully reach my freedom goals along the way!

Keep on doing it and adapt the 'methods' to work for you.

Welcome to the forum. The WP blog sounds interesting - you could always start a journey thread for that, if you want to keep yourself motivated and on track.

Yeah, tried doing that before making this thread, it got blocked. From searching the forums it seems my low post count is getting in the way. I'll probably make one soon enough!
