So here is the question will get in to trouble for making this site Myspaceadd@com and using Mspace's name sorta?

Did anyone deal with this before?

Cuzz I did get my hosting account shut down 2 times

Myspace have big power, they even got GODADDY to shutdown the seclists.org domain name in the past!

Then again you have several people using myspace in the domain name, a couple of them have even hit headlines and not had problems with it.

I say go for it, worst they can do is shut ya down, just rip the bank outta it while you can!

I agree with Crashed. The worst that will happen is having your site shut down. You could even go the route of dropping the My off of MySpace. This way you wouldn't be in violation of their TOS(if you were to begin with) Worst case, don't mention them on the site and you can pawn it off as dealing with a different network.

Maybe try to name it MyAddSpace instead? I think it even sounds cooler ;D

I have a domain name with myspace in it... and i havent had a problem with them and its been up a year...

But its a layout site so idk.

Yeah - I run a Directory with "MySpace" in the URL - 2 years old - No Problems yet

MySpaceAdds.com is already in use - don't be a double hoser - come up with a good name that's original - the kiddies are going to know that it's a friend adder right? so why not give it a unique name that separates you from the heard a little?

If they want to they can file a Copyright Claim against you, which is basically... "Omg Myspace is threating me with a lawsuit unless I take my site down." SouthParkZone, now xEpisodes just went though this.
