Just joined this..

I joined here to gain more knowledge on SEO and ways to monetize sites..
I'm ran some sites/forums when younger but knew nothing about making money from it

So I'm hear to gain some knowledge

I'm currently working on 1 site offline building it as a hobby in spare time, which I want to continue working on over a long time.

In the mean time I would like to make a smaller site, and try test how it all works, and get more familair with best practices...

I tried check a keyword or two for small site I want to make, by using LTP but it always freezes gathering data, MS i have not tried yet.

Any advice or links for newbies starting would be great..
