indeed its great, this is my stats, i have changed the CPC cap multiple times, the reason i don't have many orders is because the category of the gig, like its a type of gig which you buy once a year maybe.

Do you get more impressions when you put the cpc cap as auto or when you set it up manually? Your average is still 0.25 while my average is $1 per click, though I am in a very high competition niche.

manual works best imo, but nowadays its not performing as its used to. planning on updating the images,titles, etc.

do you have any idea if updating gig images, titles will hurt or increase impressions?

Yeah the impressions are down across the board for ads it seems but thats not what I am worried. I have noticed that the buyers that come from ads are low quality due to the fact that fiverr shows ads inside the inbox for buyers so I get plenty of messages where they just say "hi can you help me" and then never reply back.

Instead of ads I have very good result with buyer briefs and I convert almost 50% to sales so in my opinion buyer briefs are much better for conversion.

Also updating the title and image will definitely hurt you if you do not follow the best practices like keyword in title and relevant gig image etc. Lets say your gig is ranking for a word like " adobe photoshop" and you remove it from title then yeah it will definitely affect your rankings and impressions so you should be careful not to change titles too often instead change description.
