Here's how to index your stuff using Reddit

Cheers for this guide, I'm adept at using Reddit for promotion, but never thought of using it to get new posts indexed.

I wasn't sure if it would work with a brand new account and new subreddit, but I created a new Reddit account 31st May, a subreddit 2nd June, posted about 10 links in the same niche as the sub from major new sites, and only a few from other big subs to get the 'View this discussion in X more places' as it was hard to find posts with links. But the sub was indexed 7th June.

I might keep posting a bit more content from other places before I start submitting my own content to get indexed. I will update with how successful it is at indexing content (for a brand new Reddit account & sub).

I tested this method today with two of my new unindexed links, but I used the reddit profile and comments instead of reposts. The first link was indexed within an hour and the second one after 3 hours. This method works very well and fast!

Yes, lately I've observed it works great on a profile as well. Especially if you throw a few comments on high popular posts

Where in your profile are you putting the link? Is it in the "add social link" section?

No, just submit a bookmark on your profile, no other sub, it acts like a backlink. When you go comment on other topics, you get a backlink to your profile, thus attracting crawlers.

I think that this method stopped working last few days
