This article below describes a "hack" used by a group to take over facebook groups. What's interesting is the comment from the facebook official who said that when a facebook group gets abandoned by it's creator, then any member can then become the administrator to continue communication with the group...

The publicity from this incident might cause them to change this, but if they don't it's totally an opportunity to get tons of free leads...

I know it's tough, but if you look just 4 posts down from the top you will see this exact thread which was posted several days ago.

yeah, and I know it's tough not to post when you dont have something constructive to say... especially when it's your first post

If you asked me you double burned yourself by pointing out that someone with only a single post can realize your mistakes and short falls.

*internet high-5* yeah!

eh, so it's a double post, nothing new here. Sometimes one gets excited over finding something recent that they want to share, and doesn't stop to check if it's been posted already. At least he's trying to help by presenting useful information, and that's the spirit of this board. Let's not quibble over the semantics. It's a large community, these things happen.

Anyways.

I don't do any social network marketing, but for those who do lets hope it stays under the radar long enough for you folks to make some money. Happy hunting!

Looks like they fixed it.
