It's pretty simple really, most websites rarely name their pictures. The competition in google images, is about half or less than half of web results.
You can take advantage of this.
How? you are probably asking.
Well, you need to pick a niche first and the most spammed niches are hairstyles, wallpapers, and tattoos, or you could go with celebrity nudes, like for example, recently Scarlett Johanson had her cellphone hacked and her photos leaked. What a great opportunity for trending traffic.
Now that you have a niche, you have the pictures, name your photo's "Scarlett Johanson leaked nude uncensored" and variations of that, upload them to your blog, and content lock it with CPA, add CPM ads to it, Adsense, and whatever else you can think of. You could even make a whole site around celebrity nudes with each post content locked. Although I think it works better with many posts with variations of keywords.
Do some basic SEO.
Since you're goin after google images traffic, you don't have to be concerned with surfer rage.
