Stealth and troll accounts both made on TOR sounds unlikely to work and I also don't see why OP wouldn't just use mobile proxy. Those would be higher quality than any TOR exit node, not to mention they would work faster. With "50k a month", 3x or 5x decrease in page loading speed should matter.

Anyone who ever used any kind of accounts on TOR where login is required knows, that after you login from enough locations, your account gets into problems (banned, locked, additional verification). Often you can't even register, because site won't load until you find a relatively fresh exit node.
Some IG influencers charge over $2k/post depending on their followers & engagement for targeted markets like beauty & fashion. But, it's too far-fetched for spamming on Reddit. The companies with a huge marketing budget like to work with legit people/companies that they can show in their profile. Spending $10k/month for spamming on Reddit doesn't sound right.
