At my local gas station it's $9.00 for 3 grams or so of the stuff that's on par with some really, really nice weed. Prices really vary from place to place because the manufacturers and stores pretty much get to set prices and the demand is always there.
You CAN get the stuff really, really cheap though and you can "make" it cheaper. To buy the chemicals and damiana leaf you need to make that killer $9.00 vial costs under $1.00 at most, even when you're ordering a small volume from a lab. And that $9.00 worth now would fetch $30 or more in other stores and people will buy it.
Better than weed because there's no risk of arrest. Even if customs gets your chemicals, they still send it because it's totally legal. And to sell it, you don't have to market it at all. You just have to find gas stations, head shops, smoke shops and wherever and offer to supply it to them. Stuff flies off the shelves around here. It's easy as hell to put on the plant matter too.

Kinda late for this to be on here. There was a big long article in businessweek about the research chemical industry going mainstream. People are making millions and there's nothing illegal about it.

If you really want to get into it, not very likely. They can schedule individual chemicals as they find them in the wild. The original ones were mostly scheduled before the stuff really took off in the USA. Now they just use different chemicals and when those are emergency scheduled they'll use others.
They've tried making state laws that would effectively ban all of them, but to do that they have to figure out something that they all chemically share. If you look at the structure of them you can see the similarities, but it turns out that those structures are present in all sorts of things, like tylenol, I think certain types of chocolate.

Any labs you know of off hand? Sounds like an easy thing to produce and market your own label etc. thanks for the info.
