I was reading a guide seo and link building. I saw that in the first phase 2.0 make various blogs related to the topic of the blog you want to position. And then in the second phase, bookmarks and wikiposts link ... So when I link to my site? After all phases have, do I a post on blogs 2.0? Or first posts to make the link, what do the second phase?

Well you want to build links slowly over time, so if you are only linking the best pages into your money site then decide how many per week you are going to build.
So, say you decide to make 5 good pages per week... do that.
Then over time build more links into those 5 pages, and keep building them, so over time you have 5 pages, 10 pages, 15 pages etc all with a growing number of links pointing to those pages.
Then if you want you can build more backlinks into the links that go into those pages.
Be aware the deeper you go the more juice you bleed out, I dont tend to go more than three levels, but I know people that will do up to 5, but they have the ability to scale.
