Anyone here help startups raise capital? Are you currently helping them raise capital and got good results?

Most startups I see can't raise capital, so if you are a startup would find this service valuable?

As a student I’ve seen classmates with solid projects fail to raise because they didn’t know how to package their pitch. A service that bridges that gap could be useful but only if it’s results-based, not just theory. So focus on results-based and dont stop pitching your project for every NO you get you are closer to a YES.

Raising capital is tough for most startups due to unclear value propositions or lack of traction. If you provide help with refining pitches, creating solid financials, and connecting founders to relevant investors or networks, your service will be highly valuable. Focus on building trust and showing proven results to attract clients.
Yeah exactly this is what it's about and found this is the case.

Start with a strong pitch deck + real metrics that gets investor attention.

Yeah I agree, I'm still looking into this, how would you guys go about pitching investors, cold email?

To have a chance to raise capital you must have a clear idea and a product/service that does more than your competitors and to be harder for a competitor to replenish you. Most business don't have these things and also you must have a part of your service/product already done to prove the concept and some sales that would be the minimum barem to get any investor interested. Most business are just an idea unfortunately so is not shocking the investors are not lining up

I would suggest you to reach out investors on LinkedIn.

Biggest thing is making it about them. Investors don’t care about your product at first, they care about how it makes them money. Frame your email that way and you’ll stand out. I would go on LinkedIn and i would do 30 to 50 pm every day to top CEOs in the niche be prepared to get a lot of rejection but you should not care or get discourage about it , remember Thomas Edison failed 1000 times and 1001 was the light bulb !

Thanks, you mentioned the service needs to be results based, what you meant by results based?

Helping startups raise capital only works if you bring real investors and proven strategies. Many startups struggle because they don’t have product-market fit or solid financials. If your service addresses those gaps, it’s valuable; otherwise, it won’t make much difference. Focus on quality over quantity.
It's a process, trying to offer this and build something solid around this idea so that investors would be interested.

Hard to say because you have not given any information about your start up , but i would say if you can prove with examples "case studies" to a investor that your startup is better more improved then your competition , that you are solving a problem that your adding value not just regurgitating other startups ideas you will have success, remember everyone has ideas is your job to show investor your project is not just a "idea" !!!

You don't sell product, you sell results.

But, how can anyone show results before launching the product?

You need to draw parallels and show the results of similar product or marketing strategy. It may sound absurd on first attempt but you should keep refining the parallels to make it sound like you are following a proven strategy with almost guaranteed results. The investors love results and money. When they are convinced that the results are guaranteed, they may show interest. But you need to convince yourself first to pitch it to them with conviction.
