Helping a guy to get more knowledge $$

Hi everyone,
I`m from Brazil (sorry the poor english), and I want to know if in the USA u have someone who inspires you in Digital marketing, that actualy have big companies build from internet sales, and paid trafic(not those famous Gurus, who only sell courses). Here in Brazil there is one guy that is famous and rich by selling pills for get in shape, to growth hair, to have better performance on sex etc.
I want to get content from good entrepreneurs from USA, or europe or canada etc.

..there are people who are famous for selling weightloss and hair growth pills? I thought you needed some kind of talent to get famous unless your last name was Kardashian

we have had in my country one guy, in the media he was the most youngest millionaire in Poland, he was selling pills to growth hair, diet pills and other shit, unfortunatelly he was a scammer xD and he is in jail since 3 years

wow, why he got arrested? the guys here who sell diet pills, I know that their pills does not work and they promise you everything, but they dont get any problems with justice.
