helpful proxiy for accessing torrent in university's Internet

hi i'm a student
my univ doesn't allow me to access many website and also i'm unable to run torrent
kindly tell me the various proxies so that i can run it

I think you would be safer using VPN. And it's not really that expensive, can be around $6 per month. Do remember that it not only matters that your university can't track what you're doing but also that anybody who would request your personal data from a proxy provider/VPN will be given nothing.

If it doesn't allow you to use a VPN then try use proxifier
