Help?

Hello,
I would like to thank you for adding me to this forum.
I have few questions right away.

I started Amazon Kindle a few weeks ago. I have a pretty good book and working on next one. But until this day I got 0 sold copies. I'm in children's ebook niche.

So my question is: Do you know something (someone, course, website, program, facebook group) that can help me to get eyeballs to my ebook? I would be glad if someone here can help me and I can even pay him after that.

But right now I'm only 18 years old student with 2 failed businesses and I'm only making money from a part-time job after school.

I'm looking for ANY advice, recommendation that can move me forward.

Feel free to ask, I will be more than happy to reply, you can PM me as well.

As I said I can even pay someone or work for him for free to teach me the skills that I lack.

First step would be to get friends and family to buy the book, this would increase its rankings in the market. After that, I would have book websites do sponsored posts

Yep, I already tried it. But in my country are 2 problems.
1. Almost no parent know English
2. Here in my country people don't want to have ebook. They prefer classic book.

In that case I would take your niche market, join facebook groups centered around it, join in on the conversation while talking about your book. And do the guest post on related blogs.

I would like to add that I went through a few courses but I still don't know how to do promoting properly
