Help !!

Hi guys i need your help,
im 20years old i have no verified PayPal i have no money to invest I got some skills I'm very familiar with tech things i do repare (smartphones, pc,etc..) i gain like hardly 20 bucks a week if anyone could give me a push i would appreciate that or anyone that could suggest me something that i could work online that has no investment needed i would appreciate that.
