I have a few Paypals with money on it but everytime when i tried to send money to another Paypal from my self i get this message: We can not make your payment! What is the problem? After this message i can't send money to other paypals too...
Yes, they are all verified by credit card... I didn't had this problem before.. I can still make payments to Ebay.. but i can't send to other paypals..
Sounds like they put a soft limitation on your account. I wouldn't send money to another Paypal account you own anymore because you could lose them all at once if you ever get one of them limited. If this still happens when you're trying to send money to other people's Paypal accounts, well first you should make sure your account is verified (by adding and confirming a bank). And wait at least 48 hours after you got the error message before trying to send money again. Also try to send a much smaller amount than what you were trying to send. If it goes through then you can wait a little while and send the rest of it.
