i got an email from this guy saying that his intrested in buying my domain and he said the only thing i need to do is get an appraisal from somewhere but it shoudlnt be a free appraisal service.he sent me a link to a forum which was talking about appraisal service.the website was called icann-(cant remember) but i had to pay 119.he told me that his going to buy my website on 10th of january for 8350dollars.is this a scam?
