Are you using a discount code? if so it is probably not available for your country.. or unavailable for another reason

hope this helps

I had a similar issue for a 0.99 domain code, but turned out to be USA & Canada only

I want to buy this hosting for 4,5$,and i send them a id card,is it problem in that i am in slovakia but my visa and paypal is in croatia
