I need your help guys.If you can help me out then it will be great for me.

So here is my problem.

Somedays ago I joined pepperjam network and choose paypal for payment option.Now the network has asked me to fax an application to them for verifying paypal payment option.They gave me the number to fax as 877.554.3947 .

When I tried to send the application form,I was unable to reach the number.

I am from INDIA So do I need any other codes?

Please tell me if you have some knowledge on this problem.
