You can create a free website by using a free web host. Most free hosts give out free subdomains for you to use.

If you're interested in actually earning money and not encountering problems, I suggest purchasing a domain name (you can get one cheap with the right coupon) and using a good, medium sized (not owned by EIG), paid web hosting company.

You can create a free website by using a host site such as blogger.com or wordpress.com, but It is very difficult to make a lot of money with these sites unless you buy your own domain and hosting.
