Hello guys can someone tell me where to get free hosting and domain because i am frustrated every ime i use blogger and rank a keyword on ferst page of google they delete all my blogs i am really pissed off now and i am in african country so no credit cards and no paypal help please i am tired of doing all the work to rank keywords and in the end blogger doesn't care at all any advice thanks

in Africa their is no banks or paypal? Or you don't have a way to get one?

to find you hosting and pay cash.

try and obtain a paypal by getting id etc,
