Pop up?? depends on what site your allowing pop ups , the latest prowsers normally block them for privacy and safety issues

Well i don't know if they will be punished unless its something to do with government or depending on national threats , but eventually , if they are harmfull it will get blocked
but to be sure always make to sure keep your antivirus updated so that it can block unnecessary ones! wholesale AF

if popunders and pop ups were illegal then everyone on this fourm would be in jail hahahah i real LOL...
But its OK to have one as long as its not to annoying and doesnt play a video and opens maybe only once per user per day.
