I have a client that wants to re-design his site in WP to do responsive actions like apple website (i.e. randomized flipping,turning,peeling,rolling etc.)

is there a WP Plugin that can do similar function?

or does it need to be hand coded?

I see a slider but not any peeling, rolling, turning etc. It's definitely not a responsive design either. Try to be more specific.

It will need to be handcoded, there't nothing out there that works straight out of the box.

You can check out the jquery website. They have tons of resources and examples that do just that.
