have you tried speaking with them? Sign up and give them a call. You have nothing to loose. I have done that for every network I apply to and have been approved 100% of the time.
In most cases, they just want to the satisfaction that you actually exist. Just be pleasant and motivated when you speak with them. I found this phone number on their site 1.866.962.9764 ... Just ask to speak with an affiliate account manager after signing up.

Not really i've not speak with them, but do you mean my account can be approved without i don't 've site yet ?

I would re-apply and then immediately call them and explain you do email or PPC marketing. They were the first network I got into, didn't have a site at the time and within 30 seconds on the phone I was in.
Just make sure you read around here a little bit if you don't know anything about email or PPC marketing before you call.

Wow thanks for your response yeah i know about email marketing but i'll make some research concerning PPC .

Hey i am a bit confuse here they are asking for IP address that i mail from can i give them any IP ? & they also ask for email list size, & Opt In can i just put any thing there ?
