find related groups on facebook and join contribute then promote video
 
Insta,snap,Facebook and other social media applications will helps you to promote your video in gaining the views.
 
its really not about the views but mainly views per engagement. just ask all your friends and family to watch your video and like/comment on it. thats 100 times better than just getting views.
 
Could you specify what kind of videos? Basically Facebook and relevant groups. If its about for instance travelling, or some "IG compatible" topics then IG. You can also ask your relatives and friends to generate activity, like @Russ Thomas mentioned above. But it could really depends on the topic.

At first, need to select what type of video you make. Then I think you can share your youtube (video) all social media with your target audience. And boosting your youtube channel to get more view

I would honestly recommend you do some good research on subreddits and see if any fit. It can be a great source of the initial traffic a channel needs.
