Yes it might be, they could be hiding it so not detected or it's custom built
If you want one, try hire a freelancer on here and post the URL and say you want a site theme like this, maybe a developer can make one for you. I'll tag @Festinger for you, he's an expert in this kinda thing, may be he can help ya, good luck
