help-“You’re no longer eligible to use Instagram’s branded content tools”

so i just got this in my notifications - reason is an "Established Presence"
the thing is, my account always used this tool - im a travel blogger with 350k and always worked with hotels and marked as "paid partnership".
but since last year (March 2020) iv took time off instagram and only uploaded 3 posts in that timeframe of a year.

is this the reason? will it be back again once i start posting regularly?
