I want to promote my landing pages through paid Ads: FB ads Google ads etc... But I'm afraid my ads accounts will get suspended due to promoting CPA offers!! How can I solve this problem? Is cloaking a must?? Thanks!

Cloaking is a must. If you're really worried about your ad account getting suspended though, the safest way is to get them to email directly into you and have an autoresponder blast out your landing page.

Yeah, focus on e-mail capture - then send them emails about your CPA offers.

Thanks! The only problem is I'm working with Cpabuild and they forbid email traffic! How can I go around this?
