hi i have make change some seting in wordpress (change title,descreption,article) i was ranked well and since i make this modification im ranked bad,please help me step by step what can i doing to return to the old seting thank you

Title, description and article plays a major role in ranking. If still your site targeting same keywords, then there is a chance your site may bounce back, if you continue building quality link building. If you have changed keywords then consider it as a new site and start building links.

Not sure you will regain your site rank. But worth trying. Since you are not ranked now, so nothing to loose. You give it a try.
